At Reborn, we aim to ensure a fulfilling spiritual experience for all our users. In rare cases, where a refund is necessary, please review the policy below for guidance.


Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Subscription Plans:
    • Refunds are available for subscription purchases if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
    • After 7 days, refunds will not be issued.
    • For subscriptions made through third-party platforms (e.g., App Store or Google Play), refunds are governed by their respective policies.
  2. One-Time Purchases:
    • Refunds for one-time in-app purchases (e.g., premium content or features) will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the purchase was made in error or the content was not delivered.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Donations, voluntary contributions, and payments made toward prayer campaigns are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

  • In-App Purchases:
    • Submit a refund request through the platform where the purchase was made (e.g., App Store or Google Play). Ensure to include the order number and reason for the request.
  • Direct Purchases:
    • Email us at hello@therebornapp.com with the following details:
      • Your account information
      • A copy of your purchase receipt
      • The reason for your refund request

Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
