Eligibility for Refunds
- Subscription Plans:
- Refunds are available for subscription purchases if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- After 7 days, refunds will not be issued.
- For subscriptions made through third-party platforms (e.g., App Store or Google Play), refunds are governed by their respective policies.
- One-Time Purchases:
- Refunds for one-time in-app purchases (e.g., premium content or features) will be considered on a case-by-case basis if the purchase was made in error or the content was not delivered.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Donations, voluntary contributions, and payments made toward prayer campaigns are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds
